Terms and Conditions 888up – Rules and User Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 888up, available at 888up.best, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, slots, and any other current or future features on the platform.

By registering, logging in, making deposits, or using any feature of the 888up, you expressly declare that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Is a resident of Brazil or accesses the platform from a territory where online betting is permitted;
• Is not enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program;
• Acts on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Agrees to comply with all rules set out in this document.

The 888up reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the services of the 888up, you are required to create a personal account. Registration is free and requires the following information: full name, CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), valid email address, date of birth, and mobile number. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

The 888up follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify identity before withdrawals are released. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and in specific cases, proof of income or source of funds. Verification is processed within 48 business hours. Illegible or tampered documents will result in immediate rejection and reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Minimum age: must be at least 18 years old. Minors may not create an account or access the platform;
• One account per CPF: each CPF may have only one active account on 888up;
• Accurate information: false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances;
• Account access responsibility: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for notifying 888up immediately in the event of unauthorized access;
• Updating your details: it is your responsibility to keep your registration details up to date, especially your Pix key for withdrawals.

The 888up accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all exclusively in BRL:

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The 888up charges no fees on withdrawals. All Pix withdrawals are processed to the Pix key linked to the CPF registered on the account — withdrawals to third-party Pix keys are not permitted. Withdrawal requests to bank accounts other than the registered account holder's will be declined and referred for compliance review.

The 888up reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in cases that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. This process may extend the processing time by up to 72 business hours. All account balances are held in BRL — no other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform.

• No withdrawal fee: 888up charges no fees on withdrawals;
• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• Preferred method: Pix is the fastest option — under 5 minutes to any Brazilian bank;
• Pix-compatible banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and any institution with an active Pix account;
• Card chargebacks: a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and blocked access.

The 888up offers recurring promotions subject to specific terms published in the Promotions section of the platform. The rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.

Welcome Bonus: new users who make a first deposit of R$ 20.00 or more are eligible for the welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 (equivalent to 100% of the first deposit, capped at R$ 500.00). The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed.

• Rollover: the rollover requirement is 10x, calculated exclusively on the bonus amount — not on deposit + bonus. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 1,000.00 in bets to be unlocked;
• Minimum odds: bets counted toward rollover must have minimum odds of 1.50 in sports or the equivalent in Live Casino;
• Validity: the bonus expires 30 calendar days after it is credited. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within this period will result in the bonus being cancelled;
• Excluded markets: bets on Asian handicap markets with lines of -2 or greater do not count toward rollover;
• One offer per user: each CPF is entitled to one welcome bonus only;
• Balance usage: bonus balance is used after real balance has been spent on bets.

Weekly Live Casino Cashback: users with net losses on live tables receive 10% cashback every Saturday, credited by 2:00 PM. Cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagered minus total won) from Monday through Sunday. Cashback carries no additional rollover — it is available balance ready to withdraw or bet immediately upon credit.

Special Promotions: odds boosts, free bets, and recurring reload offers are published in advance in the Promotions section and are subject to their own terms. The 888up may end or modify promotions at any time, with at least 24 hours' notice, except in cases of identified fraud.

The 888up offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 40 sports, with a focus on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international competitions), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações, and the Brazilian national team), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and other sports covered on the platform.

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per ticket on single bets;
• Maximum bet: varies by market and event — displayed on the bet slip before confirmation;
• Accumulator: minimum of 2 selections; maximum combined odds of 5,000x;
• Cash-Out: available on single and accumulator live bets, subject to market liquidity availability. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds;
• Live betting: odds update continuously and may be temporarily suspended during goals, cards, or VAR reviews. Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid;
• Win limit: maximum winnings per ticket are R$ 500,000.00. Tickets with potential winnings above this amount require prior approval;
• Invalid bets: bets placed on events cancelled before they start are refunded. Live bets on events interrupted before a result is reached are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelled or Postponed Events: if a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded. If an event is postponed and takes place within 24 hours of the original date, bets remain valid. If it takes place after 24 hours, bets are refunded unless the event's specific terms state otherwise.

Odds Errors: the 888up reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full. Deliberate attempts to exploit odds errors are considered fraudulent behavior.

The live casino at 888up operates 24 hours a day with over 200 tables featuring roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, and game shows provided by certified partners such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, and others. Crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman) are provided by Spribe and SmartSoft.

• RTP (Return to Player): displayed for each game in the lobby before the session begins. RTPs are certified by independent laboratories (eCOGRA, GLI) and represent the long-term statistical return rate — they do not guarantee individual results;

The platform of 888up is intended for the personal entertainment of adults. Using the platform for any of the activities below is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, balance blocking, and notification of the relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: creating or operating more than one account per CPF;
• Bonus abuse: coordinating bets across multiple accounts to extract bonuses without real risk (bonus abuse), using automated software (bots) to exploit promotions;
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds of illicit origin. 888up maintains strict AML policies and reports suspicious transactions to COAF (Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras);
• Payment fraud: fraudulent credit card chargeback, forgery of Pix or boleto payment receipts;
• Unauthorized access: attempting to access third-party accounts, exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Coordinated betting: systematic arbitrage or combined betting across related accounts to guarantee risk-free profit at the platform's expense;
• Underage user: registration or use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age.

The 888up operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018) and the Central Bank of Brazil's guidelines for payment operations. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

• Temporary break: available for periods of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months. During the break, no bets or deposits are allowed;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes your account. After self-exclusion, 888up blocks any attempt to register a new account using the same CPF;
• Facing reality: win and loss history accessible at any time from the dashboard;
• Age verification: users under 18 may not create an account. 888up validates date of birth via CPF with the Receita Federal.

The 888up may suspend, block, or close an account at any time in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse behavior;
• Fraudulent chargeback request;
• Registration by a minor;
• Multiple accounts linked to the same CPF or device;
• User's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure);
• Judicial or regulatory ruling.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the available balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) will be held until the review is complete. If no irregularity is found, the full balance will be released for withdrawal via Pix. If irregularities are confirmed, the balance may be confiscated and the case referred to the relevant authorities.

To voluntarily close your account, contact support via live chat or email. Any available balance will be withdrawn before closure — no balance forfeiture occurs in voluntary closures with no irregularities. Processing of the final balance before closure may take up to 5 business days.

The 888up provides entertainment and betting intermediation services. We are not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets — risk is inherent to the product and is entirely the responsibility of the bettor;
• Internet connection failures or device issues on the user's end that affect the gaming experience;
• Pre-match odds changes resulting from market fluctuations before the bet is confirmed;
• Referee decisions, anti-doping test results, or other external circumstances affecting sports outcomes;
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages not directly caused by a proven platform failure.

The maximum liability of 888up for any proven technical failure is limited to a refund of the amount wagered on the affected transaction. Submit your claim within 72 hours of the incident — after that deadline, the investigation may be compromised.

The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is carried out with at least 2 hours' prior notice. In the event of a technical emergency, maintenance may occur without prior notice, but users will be informed as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), the regulations of the Banco Central do Brasil, and the applicable rules governing the betting and digital entertainment sector currently in force.

For dispute resolution, both parties will first attempt an amicable resolution through the support team of the 888up. Should an amicable resolution not be possible, the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

• Language: this document is available exclusively in Brazilian Portuguese. In the event of any conflict between versions in other languages (if available), the Portuguese version shall prevail;
• Partial invalidity: if any clause is found invalid by a court ruling, the remaining clauses stay in full effect;
• Entirety: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of each promotion, constitute the entire agreement between 888up and the user;
